Blossom Tree Textiles creates custom crafting experiences that will make a memorable impression with your guests.
Whether it's for a kid's party, a shower or a scout troop event, you choose the project and leave it up to us to set up all of the arrangements. Guests will have a great time being creative and will make and take home their completed craft, which doubles as a party favor. If you don't see your preferred date available on our Workshop & Special Events calendar reach out to us as we may be able to reschedule workshops if tickets have not been booked yet.

What are your party booking terms? Our studio can host up to 22 crafters. Parties should be booked in advance to lock in your date. Party bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total cost due upon booking.
What if I have to cancel? Party bookings cancelled within five (5) days of booking will be fully refunded. Party bookings cancelled more than five days after booking but 30 days prior to the scheduled party date will receive a full studio credit/store credit. Bookings cancelled in fewer than 30 days of the booked date are non-refundable. In the event that Blossom Tree Textiles must cancel an event, party or workshop, we will issue a full refund.
I'm not very crafty, will I be able to do this? Absolutely! We will help walk you through the process step by step, helping you to create an awesome finished product. We make crafting fun.
What is included in the party cost? Party costs include all the supplies, materials, tools and extras necessary to create the projects, as well as step-by-step instructions to guide each crafter through the process. The studio also provides: filtered water, coffee, and hot teas. We provide organic sugar and both milk and half & half for coffee.
Where is the studio located? We are located inside the Bell Arts Factory at 432 North Ventura Avenue, Ventura, CA 93001. We are just a few minutes from the beach and the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. With two freeway exits not far away, we are convenient to the 101 freeway towards Santa Barbara or Los Angeles, as well as the 33 freeway to Ojai. We are in studios #86 and #96.
Where do we park for your studio? There is plenty of local free street parking in all directions. Please do not park in the small front lot as it is reserved for resident Bell Arts Factory artists. Thank you. Attendees who utilize wheelchairs are free to park in the small front lot and the facility is wheelchair-accessible.
How long are your craft parties? Crafting parties may be schedule for two to five hours. Studio doors open around 15 minutes before the crafting begins so that everyone may have time to get settled and enjoy some refreshments before starting.
How many people can attend a craft party? Our crafting studio can accommodate up to 12 guests. If the event is held at your venue we will plan the crafting for up to 35 guests.
What forms of payment are accepted? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and DiscoverCard through PayPal Express (you do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method.) We also accept PayPal and PayPal Credit (offering 6 months deferred interest for purchases over $99). We also accept cash and personal or business check. All funds must clear successfully before a party date can be confirmed for booking. Any fees charged to Blossom Tree Textiles for unsuccessful payments will be the responsibility of the customer and must be reimbursed to Blossom Tree Textiles.
Are there any age requirements to participate? All private party and workshop participants must be at least 6 years old to participate. All participants must be at least 21 years of age if alcohol is present.
